This year we went to Noordwijk in Holland. We left St Alban's Church at around 6.30am and travelling via Dover to across France and Belgium, eventually arriving in Noordwijk in the late afternoon.
he tour included a concert at the Catholic church of St Matthias in Warmond which is not far from Amsterdam. and a visit to the Duinrel theme park.

We were given a warm reception at the church and a standing ovation! It is a beautiful church with excellent acoustics. The choir excelled itself and David gave an excellent performance on the 3 manual Johannus organ. (unfortunately the main organ at the west end is out of action and has been silent for 20 years. Hopefully one day money will become available to restore it - the estimated cost at present is prohibitive.)
